Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is evident that the item has been used or tampered with.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at visioagency1@gmail.com. Do not send items back before receiving a return authorization, as items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.

Proof of Delivery
For all returns, we require you to provide proof of postage and tracking details to ensure the safe return of your item. In the event of a lost package, we may request confirmation from the courier regarding the shipment and delivery status before processing the return or refund.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect is required to process any claims. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. The item must still meet the conditions outlined above (unused, with tags, and in original packaging). Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Additional Anti-Fraud Measures:
- We may request further verification of your identity or proof of delivery in cases where fraud or misuse of the return process is suspected.
- Any attempts to falsely claim non-receipt of items or to return used or altered items will be investigated and may result in the cancellation of future orders or legal action.
